Last modified date and time for class section Assignments list

POST to the Data Import Process in Core
There is a bulk upload tool already in place using CSV uploads available at Core > System tools > Data import. It would be great if we could programmatically use those tools via a POST. -
Add Tax Id Number to Vendor List response
The Tax Id Number is critical in other regions outside of the US (e.g. Australia). It would be useful (and much more efficient) if the number could be returned in the results of Vendor List rather than having to fetch it for each individual vendor. -
