Protocol to Acknowledge and Follow-up on Ideas Submitted

We've recently added ideas to the board but I haven't seen an comments by admins.  I  understand that because these were recently posted, they possibly haven't been reviewed yet, but I've noticed LOTS of ideas contributed by developers that go back months, if not a YEAR or TWO  (!)  without comments by admins. This is utterly baffling to me. I'm concerned that the ideas I've submitted - which are integral to our business, will similarly, inexplicably languish.  Myself, and other contributors want to know that our ideas, which contribute to the success of this community driven project are being taken seriously and objectively evaluated. I vote for an established process which acknowledges within a defined period of time after submission (such as 7 business days) that an idea has been received and feedback/input provided by admin.  Thank you.

Yep, agreed. More structure/dynamics around feature requests, bugs, etc would be appreciated.
