Adding Allocation Pool List (General Ledger) API for Financial Edge

We have a requirement for an Allocation Pool/General Ledger API End Point to support feature parity with our current features where-in we are using direct SQL queries to retrieve Financial Edge Allocation Pool data.


We don't require full CRUD operation but just read access should be OK.

We are expecting at least the following columns in the result.
 
ID
POOL ID
DESCRIPTION

and "LastModified" query string filter for the endpoint.

    Duriing the process of releasing Allocations for FE NXT, the public APIs will also be released. There is no ETA yet as the first early adopter program is just beginning.

    There will be no public APIs for any legacy functionality in allocations in database view.
