Add Transaction Attribute to GET Transaction distribution (List)

Customers use Transactions Attributes pretty regularly to tag GL transactions in FE.  We need to be able to include these as we pull the transactions over to our application.

    We just brought another customer over to FE NXT integration to our product from their prior FE7 integration who is losing prior functionality as they cannot bring attributes across with the transaction details.  Any status updates on this?
