Have Gift Type, Rating, Date Rated, and Last Changed By available in Opportunity Endpoint

The gift type I'm talking about is tied to an opportunity/proposal, not an actual gift. An example of the Rating is "1 - very unlikely".

We need gift type added to the endpoint. Rating (aka Likelihood) is now in the endpoint.

Both Gift Type and Likelihood (rating) are available in web view, but not in the opportunity endpoints
