Allow the retrieval of the contents of saved Constituent Lists via SKY API

There are currently GET XYZ list endpoints in SKY API that allow users to return multiple records that meet specific (minimal) filter criteria. There are List capabilities in RE NXT front-end today that provide a much richer experience for segmenting records and saving the filtered returned set. It would be very helpful to be able to retrieve the names of the saved Lists and call an endpoint using a specific List name/id to return the contents of the saved List.

This could be used in a number of ways for integrations and extensions with RE NXT.

    I think this is quite close to this idea regarding queries, which also has a lot of support.

    I've heard some interest in this idea from a few Blackbaud Partners where they were looking to perform some function on a list of constituents that can be narrowed down further than what the current GET XYZ list endpoints allow. Would like to hear some more specific use-cases so please share and vote!
