Add new endpoints to create (POST) attachments for Financial Edge NXT records (corresponding with General Ledger & Accounts Payable APIs).

General Ledger API includes a POST Journal entry batch attachment endpoint.
Accounts Payable API includes a POST Invoice attachment endpoint.
Both endpoints support link and physical file attachment types.
