API for A/P is not allowing for negative amounts

In FE NXT, you can add negative amounts to the distribution rows.  This is especially helpful when invoices show a credit amount.  The A/P API is missing the ability to record negative amounts.

    This is already available by simply adding a negative amount to the distribution element.
