Add Emergency Contacts data to User Extended API Endpoint

Please add Emergency Contacts data to the User Extended API Endpoint so emergency contacts data can be fetched in bulk with the API.  Alternatively, provide a new API Endpoint which allows us to pull emergency contact information in bulk by role.

    Emergency contact information was given its own endpoint - Users emergency contacts by user ID. There are also create endpoints and a recent changes endpoint.
