We need a method to add the spouse when adding a constituent

We are importing constituents from an external source.  This source has spouse information which we can add as another constituent, but there is no way to connect it to the other constituent.  Either we need the PUT of Constituent to allow for SpouseID like the GET does provides or we need a PUT for the relationship

    Spouses can now be added using the POST Relationship endpoint. If your spouse is already a constituent, education and other constituent information can be added via additional endpoints in the Constituent API. If there are sill missing features that you would like to see, please add another idea in the idea bank!

    I would like to suggest being able to add demographic, education, and business info for the spouse as well, if possible. Thanks!

    That's great.  Since we are trying to set the spouse I would hope that we would be able to set things like birth date of the spouse.

    Hi Joseph,

    We are actively working on this. The ability to add spouses will come around the same time as other add relationship types. Right now we expect it to be available late 1H 2017 or early 2H 2017.
