Add Linked_Gift to GIFT List API

Hi ! So the linked_gift is very important for us since it allows us to figure out where a matching gift pledge is linked too. It will be awesome if we can get this column added into the Gift List API, while it does exist in the Gift api.

    Linking gifts to an opportunity is important for quality reporting. It is even more important to automate this because processors often forget to link the gift. There is currently a bug when they link the gift that it does not update the funded amount correctly. I also have a routine to fix this but would like the ability to link the gift automatically when it has been missed.
