We are integrating a donation tool, Cocatalyst Stock Donation. Stock donations is the process of giving appreciated company stock, ETF, or other security to a charity. This process is extremely popular amongst the financially savvy and wealth advisors. There were $21.07 billion dollars of stock donations completed in the United States. This is a record number, jumping 62% from the previous year.

In order to complete this as an app, we need an API From the SKY API that allows us to retrieve the EIN for the charity. We use this to verify it is the true owner of the EIN so we can send transaction info and details of donations on our platform.
