Ability to import decisions on opportunities

right now we can import award decisions into banner. by student ID, Fund, Award year and Amount. we extract those that have been offered or accepted.
Students can make award acceptance or denials in Banner...and we want to be able to import decision made in Banner to Academic works.

    As Banner is to be the Database of record... and more financial aid info is there (like federal) . we would prefer acceptance happens in Banner
