Currently the ethnicity property can only be accessed by querying constituents using the GetConstituent (/constituent/v1/constituents/{constituent_id}) endpoint, but our bulk processes will exhaust our quota if we need to rely on iteration to get this property. Please add it to the ListConstituents (/constituent/v1/constituents) bulk endpoint.
