Search for appeal by lookup_id

It would be great if we could search for an appeal by the lookup_id

My team uses and internal id and has easy access to that in our database that is stored in the lookup_id so it would make it so we don't have to iterate through all the appeals to find the one we want.

    Is the lookup_id the same as the system ID? If so, yes, yes! In RENXT donation forms (Standard and Optimized) when you make a specific URL for a particular Fund/Campaign/Appeal ID, it clearly uses the System ID (though it calls it the Appeal ID, which is exceptionally confusing) in the URL. So when I'm looking at a URL and wondering what the Appeal ID is, I need to search on the System ID in RENXT, but it doesn't recognize the System ID of appeals, it only recognizes the Appeal ID. It's so frustrating.
