Add 'No Solicited' & Expenses data to the Appeal API

We do reporting on various breakdowns involving both the number solicited and also on costs, in addition to cost/dollar. It would be very useful to be able to have the 'No Solicited' field included to the API as well as some manner of obtaining the total costs for an appeal through API calls as well.

    I have tools that project membership renewal print material needs and report renewal response rates. Both rely on number solicited. Thanks.
