Expose Fund Custom fields to the Fund APIs

We tend to do some reporting on breakdowns of key groupings on Fund custom fields. It would be very handy for us to be able to access the custom fields for Funds through the API

    VERY IMPORTANT API for those of us that want to setup data warehouse. Along with campaign custom field, appeal, and package

    Need to be able to get ALL custom fields in 1 API call instead of per record.
