Right now, when using the gift batch endpoint, the "custom_fields" node requires the sub-node "category" to be a numerical ID for the custom category.

However, the "Gift custom field categories" endpoint ( https://developer.sky.blackbaud.com/docs/services/58bdd5edd7dcde06046081d6/operations/ListGiftCustomFieldCategories ) only returns the "name" and the "type" of the custom field category.

Could we update the "gift custom field categories" endpoint to also return an "id" sub-node?
