Last_modified dates in the API don't match the last modified dates in database view, and it can be difficult to know which changes will result in the underlying record being "modified" in the API and which will not. This presents challenges for situations where data is being synced to other sources and needs to be kept up to date.

Any documentation Blackbaud to help disambiguate this would be helpful. Although I haven't used all of the APIs, I believe this is applicable to all of them.
