Add Residency Type (Boarder/Day) to School User Create Post API

Not having Residency Type is gating us from fully automating the Enrollment process since Residency Type is a dependency for assigning an Enrollment Contract to a Student. Right now we have to import the values to the Contact Card separately from using the API to create the Student.

    All fields in the General Information tile and the Citizenship tile on the Contact Card are now available in Users extended, User create, and User update.
