Endpoints for Constituent Summary Note

The Constituent Summary Note is currently not accessible.

GET Note Types does NOT return RE NXT Summary and when you're trying to use POST Note endpoint with RE NXT Summary as a note type, it comes back with an error.

Please either:

1) add Summary Note field to GET/PATCH/POST constituent endpoint,

2) allow using RE NXT Summary note type when calling GET/POST/PATCH note endpoints,

3) or add its own GET/POST/PATCH endpoints to access the Constituent Summary Note field.

    This is a must have field for any custom profile outputs

    Having this for the profiles as we move away from the database view to the web view would be critical for my org.
