Add all fields in "General information" to the User update endpoint

Many of the fields from that section of the profile can be updated but many cannot. I was, specifically, looking to update Student ID, which isn't an option, but would like to see all of those fields made available.

    All fields in the General Information tile and the Citizenship tile on the Contact Card are now available in Users extended, User create, and User update.
