we use a software platform to generate student AD account and email address when the student enrolls. This system then puts the email addresses back into there Blackbaud user profile. But there is no way to connect the accounts to bbid via an api so someone has to manually conect the new student accounts to bbid. This is often forgotten on mid year trafers and just creates probelm that can be solved by an api endpoint.
