Endpoint for adding fundraiser assignment
Ability through API to assign a fundraiser to a constituent. Would be useful to perform the assignment as new constituent records are coming into Raiser's Edge NXT, so that a user doesn't need to manually assign fundraisers in the Raiser's Edge NXT Web View.

The ability to manage fundraiser goals and assignments is coming soon. We will be introducing endpoints to manage existing fundraisers in the Fundraising API, including endpoints for adding and editing goals and constituent assignments, as well as getting a list of fundraisers currently in your database.
