It would be great to have an API that manages users and their security. I would want to be able to invite, add and remove users as well as the rights associated with them.

With the recently announced update to Query Export Permissions, it is not possible to determine whether or not a user who is using an app has these permissions. It would be good if there were an API that we could use to determine what rights the current user has and whether they can perform specific tasks such as export from query etc.
