In RE7, constituent records have a boolean property called Has no valid addresses to indicate that even though addresses may be present on the record, none are valid. When this checkbox is selected, these records are removed from RE7 mailings and reports. 

The request from a customer is to include this property on the Constituent entity in SKY API, and to make it a specifiable property on POST Constituent and PATCH Constituent endpoints.
