For school administrators and teachers at a school that practices competency/mastery-based grading, the SKY API is not useful:

1. There's no way to get competency/mastery data from the API

2. Almost unbelievably, there's no endpoint for teachers or administrators to get students' graded assignments (even though the equivalent functionality exists for parents and students)

I think someone added this endpoint to our school's account to fill this need, but it seems like a total hack with a "Generate Mastery Report" button where you can't filter by any time periods or grade levels or anything, and it's not available for developers to make use of in SKY API https://***.myschoolapp.com/api/Competency/EvaluationDataExport
