Please add an API endpoint for adding attachments to Credit Memos like we have for Invoices (CreateInvoiceAttachment).

We have customers that use a tool to import credit memos and need to attach backup documentation to each transaction. They have to do this manually and it would be a huge time saver if we could automate this.
