I asked Omatic and they said that you hold the keys to this issue being resolved.

The question: Can you use a link to a constituent as the value of the custom field in Omatic Cloud? It hasn't been possible and I need to know if you can do it now. Only the Database version of IOM can do that.

Omatic's Answer: No, this is not current functionality but not due to Omatic Cloud, this functionality is currently not available within the SKYAPI. You would need to reach out to Blackbaud to see when/if they are going to offer that functionality in the API. Once available we can then look to build it into Omatic Cloud.
