Currently, any automated process to intake status updates, or new requests altogether require a partial RPA solution to log in, create the event, upload files and set coding. Once an activity needs to be added, this also falls back to an RPA process. With the ability to POST new objects, intaking new events via a custom form will be possible without the use of an RPA sub-process to create the event and pass it off to an API process.
