In appeals, we use appeal category to regroup similar appeals like Direct Mail, Face to Face, Canvassing, etc. Having the appeal category in Appeal List would be really helpful to enable us to regroup and not have to manually do it. This field brings structure and not have an unitary view of the appeal/data.

In the same idea, Campaign Category with Campaign List is the same need but it is much lower in the priority list due to the fact that we add much less campaigns than appeal in a year
