Admin Custom Fields write access

There are admin custom fields that are defined in core, for admin view only. As an API user I would like the ability to have the API write to those.

    The get, create and update endpoints are now available for custom fields on a user, which include admin view-only fields. There is also a call to get all the custom fields defined.

    Get, post and patch endpoints for admin view-only fields are planned and currently in development.

    I would also like to be able to add a new custom field type programmatically to the Constituent API.

    If you mean POST/PATCH for Custom Field Types, I agree 100%.

    And the Constituent API - at least - needs this as well.
