Add Nurse (Medical) data to the API

This was duplicated to separate out the Conduct part of the request.

Please add Nurse (Medical) and Conduct data files to the API. Right now there is not a was to do Advanced Lists with this data and it is not listed in the API documentation.

    In SKY API, you can get all the medical tables from GET Types table values.

    You can also get and post allergies/conditions, get and post medications. Coming soon is Immunizations and Athletic clearances.
