Include recurring gift info with GET Gift List

Need recurring info from the gift list, and can't even get it from the single gift endpoint.

    The specific issue here is that recurring gift info for 'legacy' non-automatic gifts is not returned by the NXT endpoint. We have found that exactly 100% the NXT users we work with only have these legacy gifts, so cannot retrieve any information about their recurring gifts from the API.
