Add a Membership list (All Constituents) to the SKY Constituent API

This is an obviously missing piece of functionality. There is already a Membership List (Single constituent) call and a lot of other (All constituents) calls but this one is missing.

    Agreed this has been in the Planned stages for a while. Would love to an update! Let's get those membership details! :)

    This is the only thing stopping us from having a full integrated membership solution with our website. We have needed to develop a lot of code that will be thrown away when this is available. Why has this been in the planning stage since February of 2018?

    Unfortunately, the membership list has some implementation details under the hood that make it slightly more complex than the other list types. We are currently doing some research into resulting performance impact and what our options are for surfacing this endpoint in a format that is consistent with our other all constituent lists while still delivering acceptable response times.

    We are hoping to get it out soon, but it is too early to give an exact time frame as we are still working through the research and design. Figuring this out is definitely on our agenda for the near future, though!
