We are trying to track actions that are associated with a donor plan. Since it's not possible to include the author of the action, our workaround is to implement a naming convention in the summary line to help identify those who may need extra training and to track activity associated with the donor plan. For type we will be using Donor Plan; the summary line will be prefaced with the author.
