Return admin view-only fields in user extended.

One of our customers is using the admin view-only fields to keep track of a specific program. We'd like the ability to pull that information so we can present it to them in our platform as well.

    The get, create and update endpoints are now available for custom fields on a user, which include admin view-only fields. There is also a call to get all the custom fields defined.
